We love traveling and helping others do it. The site provides an online service for booking Excursions from various Guides around the world. The Site also allows these Guides to interact with Travelers by offering their Excursion services on our portal.

The main purpose is to transmit your personal data, more specifically your contact information, for your booking to the Guide and/or Traveler. If you choose to create an account on the Site, certain information (name) provided in your profile will be publicly available in your feedback after your tour.

We rely on our legitimate interest in sharing and receiving personal data and, where applicable, to comply with legal obligations (such as lawful law enforcement requirements) or in connection with a corporate transaction.

This Privacy Policy ensures that we keep your personal data secure and provide an adequate level of protection. As a result, you agree to the possible risks associated with the transfer, processing and storage of your personal data outside the European Union.

We help Travelers and Guides to exchange information and requests regarding Excursion Services and any existing bookings through the technical means of the Site.

We have access to such communications and may use automated systems to review, scan and analyze communications for security purposes; fraud prevention; legal and regulatory compliance; investigation of possible misconduct; Site development and improvement; research; and technical support. We have the right to block delivery or review of messages that, in our sole discretion, may contain malicious content, spam, or may pose a danger to Travelers, Guides, us, or others. Once a booking for Excursion Services has been made, the Traveler and Guide may exchange phone numbers or emails and communicate by means over which we have no control.

Children’s Personal Data

The Site and the Excursion Services offered are not intended for use by minors. No person under the age of 16 is authorized to provide us with any of their personal information.

If you are under the age of 16, you must not use the Site or leave any personal data on the Site, which may include your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. If we become aware that we have collected any personal data from a child under the age of 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we have the right to delete it.
